Wow, okay, so I just realized that I've inadvertently taken a three month hiatus on this website. The logo still has a bunch of leaves on it. I thought it had only been two months but apparently the last post was in January. This is sad.
Anyways, that picture up there is of the storm that's tearing through here right now. True to form, Odenton is as boring as ever. There were rumors of hail and maybe some wind but it was so peaceful this morning that I walked to work and I'll walk back home at six this evening, dry as a bone because nothing will have happened. It is a mixed blessing to live in a place so boring. Good because there is never any trauma and bad because there is never any adventure.
In order to mediate that problem I'm going to Thailand in June. There I expect to have many adventures and eat a lot of pineapple.
Check out thepioneerwoman.com for some good reads this morning. She's funny, I admire her writing style. And her penchant for making good food. And I'm jealous that she lives on a ranch with horses. Yeah. Anyways. I'll be seeing y'all.
